Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
- Opened or used personal care products (e.g., incontinence products, bath safety items)
- Opened medical supplies (e.g., masks, gloves, wound care)
- Special orders or customized items
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@attentivemedicalsupply.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The return is initiated after 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variation, please follow the same steps as for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@attentivemedicalsupply.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
